What is now allowed to be taken onboard an airplane, example, cosmetics, shampoo, etc?

I need to know exactly what I can take onboard a plane, so don't have to worry about throwing all of it out. What is now allowed to be taken onboard an airplane, example, cosmetics, shampoo, etc?
in case of international flights all liquids are banned. also the hand baggage is limited to 1pc only, no exeptions on laptops.

almost same rules in domestic flightsWhat is now allowed to be taken onboard an airplane, example, cosmetics, shampoo, etc?
http://home.ix.netcom.com/~speaker7/list鈥?/a> %26lt;%26lt; this will def help!! good luck!!
3 ounce or smaller bottles/containers only (can't be a six ounce container half empty) that fit comfortably in a clear quart size zip bag. This isn't a heck of a lot. For short trips I empty toiletry bottles from hotels (maybe an ounce size) %26amp; fill them w/my products. Check out the following TSA website for the rules.
You can bring your toiletries but your shampoos, soaps, hairspray and whatever all have to be travel size, under 6 ounces I think is what I heard. Everything has to be put into a plastic bag no larger than quart size, together, and be readily available for inspection.

How do you use dry shampoo?

I don't like to shampoo my hair every single day-but i'd like it to still smell fresh. I've heard of dry shampoo, but am not sure how it works? How do you use dry shampoo?
You can use either talcum powder or corn starch as dry shampoo.Apply it to your hair with your fingers and spread the powder in the scalp. Then brush off the powder with combing. The idea is the powder will absorb the oil in your hair will make it clean. There are some ready made dry shampoos available that are produced from oats and some are in spray form.Have a look around at Amazon.com.But the basics are all the same. They absorb the grease, oil and dirt and you need to brush off the whole thing.

Does dove intense therapy shampoo and conditioner work?

Im trying to grow my hair out and my ends are getting pretty bad, yes i am aware that cutting them would help but im not going to so no need to tell me. Does the dove intense therapy shampoo AND conditioner together take away split ends and make hair healthier?

Thanks :)Does dove intense therapy shampoo and conditioner work?
Yes, but only to a certain extent. Sorry, but the best and most effective option would be to trim.Does dove intense therapy shampoo and conditioner work?
NOOOO!! trust me i have such damaged hair forom dying and straightening and many split ends and i really don't wanna cut it. I had my hopes on dove intense damage therapy but it doesn't work at all. I was thinking it would be like a miracle but it DEFINTLEY wasn't. I thought it made my hair dryer!! But seriously i've spent 100's of dollars try to fix my damage hair, and I'd switch the pantene moisturize like i sware it works. Or pantene time renewal deep mask for hair. Girl I sware you the mask everyday for a week, and your hair will look healther and shinier. Mark my words but it works! I switch all my stuff to pantene now becuase it really does give you great results! Good luck!

  • Can you get mouse shampoo from the shop and wash them with water?

i have two pet mice and i really want to know if you can wash them with special mouse shampoo or will the water make them sick? Can you get mouse shampoo from the shop and wash them with water?
I've only ever seen Rat shampoo.. I wouldn't suggest using it, it might not be a good idea and there could be things in it that could harm your mice.

If I don't have rat shampoo, I usually just wash my rats in warm water.. and sometimes cold (I have 2 and they like both hot %26amp; cold) I may not be a lot of help because I have rats, but usually Mice %26amp; Rats are clean animals and should be okay.. You should only wash them unless there fur is sticky or they have lice. But I personally, like to clean my rats once a month just in case they have missed some places and are still a little dirty, cleaning mice might be a little harder.. seeing as they are much smaller and/or tinier you have the risk of getting water or whatever you us to bath them, in their ears, eyes or mouth.. This could lead to extreme pain for them and/or infection.

But if you really are worried about them being dirty or want to get some water on them, try setting up a flat tray of water with things like pebbles, shells and treats.. Let them go in themselves! That's another way :) But you need to know you cant force them into water.. it could permanently damage them, they could have a fear or have a panic attack.

Hope that helps! :)Can you get mouse shampoo from the shop and wash them with water?
You don't need to wash mice. They wash themselves, rats on the other hand, could use a bath once in awhile, although if you keep there cages clean they will stay clean and smelling good.

If you deside to wash your mouse, you want to make sure it is a none sented, they do have sensitive skin, and watch out for their eyes.
There might be special shampoo for them. I use nice warm water and shampoo on my RATs and make sure that when the shampoo is rinsed off of them, that there is a warm towel fresh out of the dryer to dry them completly 100% off. so their body temp doesnt drop.

Google ';mouse care'; or ';is it ok to bathe a mouse';. I know some small animals temperatures will drop in a bath, and they can die of hypothermia...like hampsters.
We have a special rodent shampoo we bought from the pet store, you only need a blob the size of a 5 cent piece then just lather it in and then wash it all out. Make sure to thoroughly dry them at the end as they are more susceptible to colds and chills.
There are two kinds of rodents' shampoos, a powder and a actual shampoo

you use with water. You can only wash them about once a month and make

sure that the water is luke warm.
It is not needed, mice clean themselves same with rats and hamsters they don't need baths, and yes it could give them a cold and they could die,

    Good luck

What is the best shampoo to use for a buildup?

from daily conditioning and shampoo. One that is not too pricey. What is the best shampoo to use for a buildup?
Neutrogena clarifying shampooWhat is the best shampoo to use for a buildup?
Use Aussie Brand :Sleek%26amp; Shine Shampoo and 3 Minute Miricle Conditioner.
Back to Basics has a really good clarifying shampoo. So does Kenra. Both work really well. You get what you pay for so stay away from the stuff they sell at Walmart.....
I think Clairol has one that is specifically for buildup. But , I find that just switching my brand for one bottle is enough...
    Suave Daily Clarifying
Prell is good for any build up and is also good to strip chlorine out after swimming.
I personally like Pantene Pro-V they have many different types too.
plain old vinegar! Mix a small amount in your shampoo bottle. Or you can rinse with vinegar and water. Been doing this 40+ years. No you can not smell it.

What's your favorite shampoo and why? What are its pros? Or cons [if it has any] ?

I am currently using garnier fructis. However, my hair is very dry and brittle from all the coloring and ironing... I need a shampoo that can help make my hair stronger and more moisturized. Help me out please? thanks a bunch! What's your favorite shampoo and why? What are its pros? Or cons [if it has any] ?
I love DoveWhat's your favorite shampoo and why? What are its pros? Or cons [if it has any] ?
i use herbal essence and i love it! it smells so good and they have all different kinds to treat different hair problems. there arent really any cons except for the fact that every so often i like to switch shampoos, just for a change, and i like this one so much i dont want to try any others! i used to use garnier fructis and i did not like it at all. i would buy a heat protection spray to use when you blow dry, curl, or flat iron it. that will protect your hair and keep it from drying out. hope that helped!
My favorite shampoo happend to be .. sunsilk straighten up shampoo and conditioner. Its liek everyting i ever needed in a shampoo like omg.. i straighten my hair and it just stays straight for like ever lol..

I havent had any problem with this shampoo except washing my hair too much lol.. after i while you are ore likely to change your shampoo cause it is much more healthier for your hair.

well if you have a kenneths hair salon around where you live then go there and they will tell you which shampoo would be the best for your hair and i have been to quite a bit of kenneths and they are really friendly, kind and helpful!!also when i dont have that i will use pantene!!

also kenneths can be a bit pricey but it is worth it!!!

thanks hope i helped, kelsey w

I would say herbal essences becuase It smells very good and you there is about 10 different types. For you hair type you should get hello hydration, it is in a light blue bottle! By the way it costs about $1.75 to $2.00 in canada so it is pretty cheap!
There is this shampoo called Finesse and it's wonderful!

Finesse is very moisterizing but it doesn't leave buildup in the hair.

I used to use Pantene but it covers the hair with silicone and wax and leaves a lot of build up.
I Use Pantene Pro-V Frizz Defence Both Shampoo And Conditioner My Hair Type Is The Same As Yours It Works Really Well

    Hope This Helps :D
try helbal essence rainforest flowers chinese cinammon for dry/ damages hair with the conditioner is used it once by mistake but my friend swears by it!!!

What kind of baby shampoo can I used for dry scalp?

My daughter has dandruff in her scalp and currently I am using the Johnsons baby shampoo. What other shampoo can I used on her hair that is safe for babies and help with the dandruff and the flakes? and what store can I buy it at? ThanksWhat kind of baby shampoo can I used for dry scalp?
that shampoo is best... the suggestions my son's pediatrician gave us was this:

    1) Rub baby oil into her scalp %26amp; let it sit. Gently scrape her scalp to remove the dry skin

If you are still having problems....

    2) Use an old toothbrush and scrub an adult dandruff shampoo onto her scalp. Let that sit. Carefully wash it off (obviously adult dandruff shampoo isn't tearfree so be really careful)

This seemed to work pretty well for my son. Good luck. (You'll probably have to repeat one or both of these at least once weekly. What kind of baby shampoo can I used for dry scalp?
If it's cradle cap-- Selsun Blue.
Try Cetaphil (blue label). It was a recommedation of my children's pediatrian. You can use it with or without water and is great for the whole body, especially dry skin. It is found in about all stores. Walmart has a generic version of it too.
My daughter's pediatrician had me buy Head %26amp; Shoulders shampoo. It works really well. My daughter hasn't had a flake in a long while. You have to be careful not to get it into their eyes, but I normally put a little bit on one of the baby washcloths, and rub onto her head that way.

Added: My daughter is 10 weeks old, and has been using Head and Shoulders since she was 3 weeks old.
I tried different baby shampoos for my son, they either didn't work or only worked temporarily. The best tip I got (which worked) was to make sure I was rinsing his hair with clean water, not the soapy water in the tub, it was gone in a week. He's six now and I still make sure that his hair is rinsed in clean running water and it's never returned.
when my daughter was about 5 months old she had really bad eczema, to include dry skin on her scalp. a dermatologist told me to use a very small amount of adult dandruff shampoo on her head every once in a while, not every day and make sure you dont get it in her eyes. if your baby is younger than that i would ask a doctor first
In order to avoid overly drying out the little one's skin, you might want to keep her baths down to 2 or 3 a week. Also, research your baby care products as infant skin is extremely sensitive and needs to most gentle products out there. Many baby care products (including wash and lotions) contain ingredients such as fragrance and mineral oil, the molecular structure of which is too large to penetrate the pores of skin, sitting on the top layer like saran wrap. Mineral oil is actually motor oil washed several times to make it clear. These products may cause irritation and dryness and get wiped off over time and give little to no benefit but rather a temporary feeling of softness. Baby's need pure, and safe water based products with the proper ingredients.

Arbonne has a great baby care line (hair and body wash, lotion, body oil, diaper rash cream, and sunscreen) that is botanically-based and pH correct, pediatrician and dermatologist tested, non-sensitizing, non-irritating, and formulated without nut oils. They are formulated with natural ingredients like oat flour which is an emollient and an emulsifier. It鈥檚 highly absorbent and hypoallergenic. Oat flour helps to soothe and soften dry, itchy and sensitive skin. I use Arbonne's baby care products on both of my children and have never had a problem with dry, irritated skin.

If you're open to trying a free sample, I'll be happy to send you one.
When my baby was only a few months old, my doctor told me to use Head and Shoulders Dry Scalp. It worked wonders and he hasn't had a flake for over 6mo. I use it every night. Its not tear free so you need to be careful not to get it in the eyes. I also used the little plastic brush that we got from the hospital when he was born...it helps to gently scrub all the dry skin off. (I was using Johnson's and the Dr. said to stop and use the H%26amp;S) At the beginning I also put Aveno on his head after his bath.
my baby had what appeared to be dandruff but I treated it like cradle cap because everyone said it must be cradle cap. After the brushing and brushing and washing it has mostly gone away. I think dandruff and cradle cap might be two names for the same thing. So maybe try baby oil and a brush until you rub off the flakes, then wash with shampoo.
Cradle cap or dandruff? It's more likely to be cradle cap, if she's a newborn. Aveeno, Burt's Bees, Johnson's and Gerber make baby shampoo, and you can buy an infant scrub-brush and gently scrub her head in circular motions when bathing her. You didn't mention her age. If she's older, it may be caused by some of the shampoo remaining in her hair and drying-in which case L'Oreal Kids makes really good shampoo-just use a small amount of it. And- really no one should wash their hair daily.

    Hope some of this helps.
Burt's Bees Apricot Baby Oil worked really well on my daughter's cradle cap. I put it on and rubbed it in a bit with my fingers after we'd given her a bath, then I combed out the flakes. It was gone within a few days.
don't wash her hair every day. is she an infant? is this cradle cap? you can put baby oil on her scalp and brush it through with one of those very soft baby brushes. If that's what it is, just let it run it's course.

If you are worried about soft hair...

Use any good shampoo and conditioner.

If you are worried about going bald...

nothing you do to, or put on your hair will help you keep it. I will only help to keep it soft.

Its what you do to your scalp that counts !!!

Good blood flow is the key, scalp massage has been proven to help !! Massage your scalp well when you wash your hair.

if you are already losing it, you can try rogaine... but its a chemical, and expensive.

If you start to go really bald... Best to just cut it really short or shave it off :)
if you have some money, bed head. its by TIGI.

marc anthony shampoo/conditioner is also really good and you can get it for about 12 dollars at costco in a pack with the shampoo and the conditioner.

    Or, pantene pro-v.

Can you use dog shampoo on a cat?

My cat has fleas, and I was wondering if there is a risk if I were to bathe the cat in dog shampoo. It's shampoo to get rid of fleas. I think there might be a risk. Can you use dog shampoo on a cat?
If it has tea tree oil in it, you can't, that's toxic to cats but not to dogs.

Have the bottle in front of you and call a vet in the phone book and ask, they'll want to know what ingredients are in the shampoo and can give an ok or not on it. That'd be the way I'd trust for information. Can you use dog shampoo on a cat?
usually if it's a dog's shampoo then it wasnt made for cats. sometimes it will work for both unless it says DO NOT USE ON CAT on the bottle.
It should be fine.... keep a close eye on the cat afterward to make sure it dosent start to bark.
    yes
if you put dog shampoo on a cat he or she will stlatch really head so buy flea caller or flea shampoo for cats
    no u cant

it's realli not good for a cat

it can get ur cat problem

ui kno cuz i have 2 cats
Well I think one doggie shampoo wouldn't hurt. Give it a try but don't leave it on too long. Or how about just dunking your cat in a pool of clean water.
You never want to use dog products on cats, especially flea products. There is an ingrediant in many dog flea products that is fatal to cats if ingested. Cats have very different systems than other animals, so you have to be extra careful when using any products on them.
Not necessarily. The problem with cats is they groom themselves much more thoroughly and more often than dogs do and therefore they would ingest any product left from the shampoo. If there is something in the shampoo that is toxic to the cat, it can cause them to be sick. I would never use a dog shampoo on a cat. If you must shampoo your cat, simply use a mild soap such as baby shampoo then get a flea product such as advantage or revolution and apply it according to the directions. Or buy a flea shampoo specifically designed for cats. You're taking too big a risk if you use a dog flea shampoo.

There are chlorine neutralizing shampoos, the most well-known of which is probably Ultraswim. But

If you're speaking about tap water, versus pool water, I would simply buy a good shower filter. Several companys make them. I got mine from a company called Nikken (but go to www.nikken-wholesale.com), not the main company site where you'll pay a 15-20% more. Good luck.

i have been using herbal essence 'long term relationship' shampoo conditioner and leave in. its working surprisingly well on my overdyed frizzball. :)What is a good shampoo/conditioner to make my hair really sleek?
I use a variety. Mixing up your shampoo is much better for your hair then using one single type until its gone. I use Paul Mitchell, Bed Head, Joico, and Goldwell. They are all very good shampoos independently. They are all made for different things but they all make my hair feel sleek and shiny. I had to buy them all from a professional salon. I have noticed, however, that you can buy the Bed Head in some retail stores, which I never knew before now. Hopefully you will have some luck with these! :)
Although my barber says that expensive shampoos are always worth the money, I have used Herbal Essences for a while and I like how lush and soft it makes it feel. I've tried other brands in the past, like Pantene and Dove but I always go back to this. It's well-priced and comes in luscious smells!

Bumble %26amp; Bumble, Biolage, Fekkai, TIGI, Bedhead, Redken, Kerastase, so on and so forth have a very good reputation. Costlier shampoos DO treat your hair differently.

While some people can't afford $20-$20 for shampoo/conditioner, I suggest that using environmentally-friendly products are the best solution - such as:

    Herbal Essences

    VO5

    TRESemme

    Paul Mitchell

Treseme Moisture Rich shampoo and conditioner. Also Sunsilk.

I found the most amazing product. It is heat protection spray by Suave. It is in a orange bottle. You can use it when you blow dry or when you straighten your hair.
';Lee Stafford Poker Straight Shampoo'; helps to maximise the straightening effect and protects your hair from harsh straighteners too. Also follow with something like ';TRESamme Thermal Recovery Conditioner'; which will re-moisturize and replemish hair that is dry and hair that is straightened/ curled alot. Good luck!

If your hair is dry, don't wash it everyday, condition. My hair is curly (and I happen to be part black) so it was really bad for me. I don't know of any good conditioner brands, I just use suave and it works fine (i'm too lazy to go out and find another one).

But anyway, if you just condition everyday and shampoo every other day, your hair won't be stripped of the natural oil and conditioners it makes everyday, leaving it less dry.

  • When I shower I don't get all of the shampoo/condition out of my hair. Any suggestions?

I always try but there is always some in my hair when I get out of the shower. It makes my hair feel greasy and gross! Please help! When I shower I don't get all of the shampoo/condition out of my hair. Any suggestions?
I know it's harder to tell whether or not all the suds are out of your hair when you have soft water and not hard water. Just rinse until the water draining down from your head is clear and not sudsy... I shampoo my hair standing straight up, but hold my head over to condition...I rinse it with warm water first and then finish with cold water. Also, you MAY be using too much conditioner. Depending on your hair length and thickness, you should use about the size of a penny for shoulder length hair. My hair is about an inch past my shoulders and is curly, not thick but I have a lot of hair...I only use the size of a penny. When I shower I don't get all of the shampoo/condition out of my hair. Any suggestions?
That used to happen to me! What you bascically need to do is starting with shampoo, rub it all around like you normally do, but then take down the shower head and literally hold it on your hair, all around! Once you feel like you've got all of it off, repeat with conditioner. This really does work, and you feel much better after. Another thing to do is make sure you aren't using too much shampoo/conditioner, because that may be the reason too. Good luck! :]
look go to the bottom part of the shower and there is like the other shower this put Ur head there rinse really well that Wat i do or put ur head all the way in the water all the way
i always check right before i get out. i run my fingers through one side of my hair, and check on my hand if there are bubbles on it, if so i rinse it again, if not i check the other side. etc.
The same exact thing used to happen to me. Now what i do is take down the shower head and rince really close to my head. Hope i helped!
Scrub your hair with your under the water. and I mean ALL THE WAY!! head back in the water.

I have long hair and wouldnt have time to wash and dry it in my shower.I want to Workout at lunch but i would need to wash my hair is there a dry shampoo available?
Yes there are dry shampoos available, however based on my professional opinion you are better off cleansing and removing all impurities and sweat from your hair after a work out in order not to have build up of dirt ,oils and debris. One great recommendation is the Diva by Cindy stimulating shampoo which contains an invigorating blend of peppermint and menthol .Not only will it refresh and energize you after your work out, but it will also give your hair body and sheen.

My hair has split ends and it is never soft. I want a shampoo that will fix this problem and i want it to spell good. I do not like the smell of coconut so dont even say that... Got any suggestions? What is the best shampoo to get?
use biosilk and if it has split ends u gotta clip em off, there is no shampoo in the world that can fix split ends once they are there... but if you prevent them with conditioner and little sun exposure well thats another thing. if it never soft use deep conditioner treatments once a week, and u can use a leave in conditioner too... and it doesnt matter if you blowdry, airdry or use a flat iron ur hair you dont have to rinse it off. What is the best shampoo to get?
    Well I use Garnier Fructis
a trim will fix your problems. no shampoo or conditioner will make your split ends go away or make them soft, only a trim.
    I HATE coconuts too!

I'd really suggest ';sleek and shine'; shampoo and conditioner for ';frizzy, dry, damaged, unmanageable hair';.

    It works great!

How to market/sell Shampoo to the Poor?

The common answer to to sell individually packed sachets which are very affordable. I'm asking how to sell to the Poor and at the same time reduce environmental waste because of the amount of used sachets. How to market/sell Shampoo to the Poor?
Ask Dollar Tree... they sell big bottles for a buck.

I am getting a relaxer and have question on neutralizing shampoo?

I am applying a Precise Mild Formula relaxer to my hair tomorrow. I usually use a Precise Neutralizing shampoo, but the Sally's I went to did not have it or it has been discontinued, because I cannot find it online. I purchased a Isoplus neutralizing shampoo..does it matter that the shampoo is not Precise??I am getting a relaxer and have question on neutralizing shampoo?
No it does not matter. The neutralizing shampoo as you probably know is to help you identify any relaxer that has not been washed out completely.

As long as the shampoo changes color to help you identify traces of relaxer that is still in your hair everything will be fine.I am getting a relaxer and have question on neutralizing shampoo?
no it do not matter as long as its a neu. shampoo.
no i dont really think it matters much
No it doesn't matter. I have the same neutralizing shampoo and my hair is still fine and I used a different relaxing kit. Your fine!
    nope..i dont think so..

If that's what it is, just let it run it's course.

burt's bees works for me, but it is not for EVERYONE. on most people, it makes their hair sticky, but for some (including me) it makes it soft and shiny. BONUS : it's natural :)
use aussie moisture its very good and if u have some cash in your pockets buy TIGI dumb blonde shampoo and conditioner it keeps your hair super soft

I have 2 a small portable one I use for spills etc and a larger one I use to do the whole house. Yes they vacuum up. They leave the floor damp not wet but I don't use the large one when it is humid. They do a good job and are reasonably priced. Similar to vacuum cleaners. Both of mine are Bissell.
You can usually rent them at big supermarkets.

They do wet the floor but the suction dries it.
its pretty effective, you can rent one for about 30 buck or buy one around 60, yes it shoots the shampoo water on the floor and brushes and vacuums the floor, yes carpets is damp afterwards

The shampoo companies spend years developing all the new shampoos in the market today. I doubt they would add any chemical to them to cause hair loss, that would kill their business don't you think?

Heredity and the genes would count more than anything else. You may develop a vitamin deficiency which could affect the new hair growth, some people even hair loss to a small degree following major surgeries, but it comes back.

Just keep your hair clean, don't use a brush on wet hair...it breaks it off so I've been told, and don't worry so much. Can the chemicals in shampoo make you go prematurely bald?

It will get flaky, and it will ITCH. Quite badly. If you do this repeatedly, chunks of your scalp will come up, though I think partially from the itching. Just rinse. No experimentation needed (it's already been done lol).

  • Is there a shampoo that will actually straighten your hair?

Please specify how well it works. Thanks! Is there a shampoo that will actually straighten your hair?
Yes!! It works great! But can make your hair feel very greasy because they're trying to add oil to your hair so that it ';weighs down'; and straightens. You need to try Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight shampoo and conditioner! ( it comes in a pink bottle). Plus, it smells sooooooooo good!Is there a shampoo that will actually straighten your hair?
    not completely
i was talkin to my mom about that today....lol

i dont think so though, i really wish there was!
    It works for me

Some days I have to straiten my hair but when my straightener broke i used this everyday and it stayed kinda straight. but if i tied it back and then let it out it would have a kink. But my hair is kind of naturally straight and is really fine. So i would try it, Buy a small bottle of it and try different brands, I use Sun silk silky and straight (In the purple bottle) but i still experiment with different brands

So try and if it doesn't work go out and buy a straightener.
No, but there are shampoos designed to help straighten. They are meant to be used if you plan on blow drying your hair, or straightening it. Herbal Essences dangerously straight is good if you buy the whole collection, sunsilk is good too, just find the straightening collection. How do you get the kerosene smell out of a truck carpet? I've tried Febreeze & shampoo, but smell returns.

The only way I've seen that works other than just time , is to use brakleen and a vacuum cleaner at the same time so you don't soak the spot so badly that it spreads , but is picked up as it dissolves . You could also spend the money and have it professionally done .How do you get the kerosene smell out of a truck carpet? I've tried Febreeze %26amp; shampoo, but smell returns.
I would try bi-carbonate of soda. Just sprinkle it over the affected area, leave for half hour or more, then vacuum it out. It works for cat pee so it may work for kero also. How do you get the kerosene smell out of a truck carpet? I've tried Febreeze %26amp; shampoo, but smell returns.
You can take it out and use a brush and dawn dish detergent.Set it out in the sun to dry most of the day.
toss it ...go to recycle yard they are cheep...
Try cleaning with odo-ban, Then for keeping odors gone, here's an inexpensive and fragrance free solution that is perfect for your problem. - I know many other people that use it. It is a natural fragrance free carbon product called FRIDGE IT odor absorbers. It is a little purple cube with an incredible activated carbon filter inside that is really, really, great and eliminates the odors and for a long time. It works so much better than baking soda all those sprays, and fragrances that just cover up smells and doesn't get rid of them. Also, alot of sprays have warning statements about being eye irritant. and gels and oils that say keep away from fabric, pets, etc. and just don't eliminate odors. Just put one or two in your car and trunk.. No spills or chemicals or powder to worry about. Each only costs a couple of dollars. I use this product everywhere including car(smoke and pet smells), storage, closets, my fridge and also under sinks, near trash and have friends that use it on cat litter box and also diaper pails - it's that good. I really recommend it. You can buy it in kitchen gadget sections in stores like walmart and linens and things. I also think camping world sells it and Internet at customerservice@innofresh.com.

    Definitely worth trying
you can clean the carpet all you want to but will have little sucess as the padding under the carpet is also soaked and holding the smell. given time... a few weeks, and plenty of sunshine, the odor will eventually go away on its own. leave the windows down and park the vehicle so the sunshine will hit the soaked spot, causing it to eventually evaporate. only other solution is to replace the padding and clean the carpet at the same time. good luck.

i shampoo my hair once sometimes twice a day.How often do u shampoo ur hair?
three times a week, i dont think thatit bad to shampoo your hair everyday, but i have heard that your hair loses its volume.

    x
my hair is really greasy so i shampoo every day and no hair fall but i am a girl idk about boys hair.
I don't think it's harmful to wash your hair every day, but if you don't, you should at least every other day
I shampoo my hair 2 times a day.

%26amp; I don't really think it is too harmful

but you should at least wash your hair every other day.

    :)
if you wash it everyday, it just makes your hair and scalp a little dry, witch could cause dandruff. that's why i do it every other day.
    I shampoo almost everyday.
    Ummm.... I shampoo

Everyday and have to cut my hair like every 6mo.

    So... no hairloss!
I don't believe it can harm your hair...unless you dyed it. In which it could be harmful if you do it extremely often =\

And I know there's some issue with conditioning a lot...

But my hair is fine. My hair stylist said people would kill to have my hair and I use shampoo everytime I shower XD
you should wash your hair as often as you need to. personally i wash mine every other day unless it's really oily, then i'll wash it everyday. just be sure to condition after you wash it to keep the ends from drying out and splitting.
Nope. I dont think so. I do it everyday.
When its curly, every other day. When I flat iron it, I wash it after about 5 days of having it straight. Don't have time to wash it everyday but I think it dries out your hair when you wash it everyday.
no i do it everyday. it wont hurt it
one isnt suposed to wash their hair everyday as it causes breakage and damage. top runway models shampoo their hair once every 4 days, in case you were wondering. although, i wash mine every day.
I shampoo like 2 or 3 times a week, but dont shampoo every day cause you hair will loose its moiture and volume, sometimes some shampoos wil rip your hair of its oils!! Shampoo like every other day!!
Everyday is just fine. It won't cause ant problems.

What is the scientific technical difference between a soap, a shampoo, and a detergent?

Detergent is a compound, or a mixture of compounds, intended to assist cleaning. Any thing then that is used for cleaning, can be called detergent. For example, if plain water is used for cleaning, it is a detergent - technically.

Hence, soap and shampoo are under the term detergents since they are used for washing and cleaning. Specifically, they both contain surfactants that clean by stripping oil and dirt from our skin, clothing, and/or hair. The difference between the two, however, is that surfactants in shampoo are milder than the one in soap. Soap bonds to oils with such affinity that it removes too much if used on hair. Shampoo uses a different class of surfactants balanced to avoid removing too much oil from the hair. What is the scientific technical difference between a soap, a shampoo, and a detergent?
soaps are sodium salts of higher fatty acids while detergents are sulphonates. when we use soap in hard water it forms calcium and magnesium salts of the same fatty acids and therefore produce scum.thus soap does not give foam with hard water. What is the scientific technical difference between a soap, a shampoo, and a detergent?
Its all in the technical spelling of each individual word!
Soaps and detergents are both wetting agents. You can't easily wash oily or greasy hands with pure water which is repelled by oil and grease which prevents the hands from becoming wet. Dirt particles must become wet to be rinsed away. That said, soap is formed specifically by the saponification of fats using metal alkalies. Detergents are other chemicals that break down fat globules and wet the object being cleaned so that it can be thoroughly rinsed. Even gasoline often contains a detergent package to keep an engine clean. Incidentally, soap mixed with oil forms grease. You must check the ingredients of shampoos to determine whether they contain soaps or detergents, etc. because it is a general name for a hair or carpet, etc. cleaning agent.

Nothing will be able to repair them except getting a regular trim. Find the right brush for your hair type. Deep condition once a week and when you wash out your conditioner with ice cold water - it'll close the hair. What is a good shampoo and conditioner for spit ends?
    Dove
Generic... or Nexxus Therappe or Nexxus Humectress. Generic has the same ingredients and costs less. These products have caused me to looooove my hair. Been using for about 15 months now. I'll never go back to brittle breaking hair. Sorry if I sound like a commercial, but its true.

What is the best shampoo/conditioner for dry hair?

I live in florida if that helps.

My hair is super dry and my hairdresser says not to use mosturizing shampoo because it's too humid here.

I was using TRESemme until he said that.

Now I'm using Pantene Classic Care

Yet, my hair is still dry.

    What should I use?

(Please don't say H%26amp;S)What is the best shampoo/conditioner for dry hair?
Get a moisturizing hair mask.It will work wonders on your dry hair.Try using organic root stimulator replenishing pack (made for black people but since ou have dry hair your hair will thank you for it and it's cheap). You can find it at sallys and walgreens but anyother moisturizing mask might work alsohttp://www.walgreens.com/store/product.j鈥?/a>

And i'll also suggest aubrey organics shampoo (honesuckle shampoo and conditioner is really LOVELY!!!!)

what about aussie?i love it my hair was so dry before i started using it, now i don't have a problem. Try the 3 minute leave in conditioner, it smells great and leaves your hair feeling soft, smooth and silky.
I personally like Pantene. But since you are using that I suggest suave. I like it because my hair was never dry when I used it. It also comes in a bunch of great scents (coconut and cherry blossom are my favorites).
Well I live in puerto rico and it is about as humid as Florida and I use Pantene but as I see you say it does not work.. My husband uses garnier fructis he says it it very good also..
    i use garnier fructis,

    it works amazing.

Which is the better shampoo and conditioner?

Head and Shoulders Restoring Shine or John Frieda Brilliant Brunette. I'm looking in terms of shine, color, and healthiness of hair.Which is the better shampoo and conditioner?
    head and shoulders

yeahWhich is the better shampoo and conditioner?
Okay if you are looking for healthy hair... none! Well John Freida's not that bad. But... you want to get a good professional product, the products you buy in the store have way too much alcohol in them, thus making your hair dry, brittle and it breaks off a lot easier. I would recommend Nioxin if you want to keep a healthy scalp and hair. It cleans both and is really good for hair growth, if you color your hair you will need a #7 system, it's for color enhanced hair, it helps with the health of the hair and shine and keeps the color in the hair strand longer. You can get Nioxin at any Great Clips. Also Pureology is a very good professional product that is really good for maintaining color and shine. Hope this helps. Good luck
i think it would be nice and cheaper if you try baby's shampoo..it don't have much chemical in it.. the whole of my family are using baby's shampoo and they are suitable for any types of hair..i am fully sure the results will satisfied you..and your needs..remember to try this ya!
John frieda works much better. Head and shoulders may be cheaper but you are looking for quality not price in your shampoo. John frieda makes your hair shinier and it looks a lot healther too, it can reduce breakage.
    Head and Shoulders ! :]

What is a good shampoo/conditioner for my hair?

I have normal/greasy hair, and i was it about every 3 days, that seems to work okay, but most shampoos/conditioners feel quite heavy on my hair and make my head STINK! Also when i got nits, i got into a habit of scratching my head- now i can't STOP!! Help! What is a good shampoo/conditioner for my hair?
Don't use Pantene. It leaves a waxy build-up on your hair that will weigh it down and make it flat and greasy. And if you color/bleach you hair it's much harder to get the color to turn out right if you use Pantene because the build-up makes it hard to open the hair cuticle to allow the color/bleach to work. If you have a problem with your hair feeling heavy, use a regular moisturizing shampoo and a conditioner that says, ';volumizing'; or ';light';. Avoid the words ';sleek';, ';smoothing';, ';heavy'; or anything like that. Wash your hair at least every 2 days to remove dirt and oil (that's what's making your head stink) and if you have dry or damaged hair, use a leave-in conditioner just on the ends on the days that you don't shampoo it. I can recommend Redken's Clear Moisture shampoo and conditioner. And they have a product called Polishing Prep that's a good leav-in.What is a good shampoo/conditioner for my hair?
I have a white girlfriend who likes to use Pantene %26amp; VO5! She will tell me that it does her hair some good, but one thing about her, is that she likes to do the actual steps required. Meaning to repeat washing %26amp; allow the conditioner to sit a little longer than the usually time. Then when she dries her hair, she'll curl it into some big wavy curls. Her hair looks fine to me. Maybe you should try some of that!
i don't know what shampoo or conditioner to reccomend for you. but i can tell you you need to shampoo hair every other day, rinse it well and condition it every day.
i, think this can occur also due to dandruff so prefer some anti dandruff sahampoo and try using not many hair gels as they are harmfull to ur hair, try using conditioners that have suited u in the past .

    hope this rasolves ur problems

How do I fix my oily hair? It is only oily near the roots. What is a good shampoo to use?

Has anybody tried a shampoo that works good? My hair has NEVER been oily before, but about two weeks ago, it has started to get oily where my natural hair is growing in. I had died my hair a lot, so I decided to let my natural hair grow out. Well, it is out about 6 inches, and most of it is now oily near the front and roots. The rest of my hair is just fine. What can I do???How do I fix my oily hair? It is only oily near the roots. What is a good shampoo to use?
Dying your hair can dry out your scalp, so what you're experiencing now is your natural oiliness returning.

Try a couple of things. On oily days, if you're blonde, you can sprinkle baby power at the roots in sections. The powder will absorb the oil. After a minute or so, comb out the excess powder. If you're not a blonde, you can buy powders in various shades at beauty supply stores.

Also, you can buy witch hazel, a natural astringent. Pour some onto a cotton ball and dab it at your roots to dry up the oil.

When your hair is oily and you're at home for the day, use a natural bristle brush (boar's hair) to pull that oil through your hair to make it healthier naturally.

    It doesn't matter which shampoo you use. If you plan to wash your hair more often, choose something gentle and ';for oily hair.';

Use a light conditioner and never condition your roots. How do I fix my oily hair? It is only oily near the roots. What is a good shampoo to use?
i have oily hair so i use pantene pro v. its like the purifying one. it works really good.
Try Tresseme Shampoo and Conditioner. I use this and its perfect...i have recommended this to alot of people and they all love it. Its used for any type of hair. It will leave your hair feeling soft, and clean.
Use Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo once a week. Rub it between your hands %26amp; focus on the roots only. This shampoo will help get your scalp really clean %26amp; fresh.

Try a shampoo w/ tea tree oil the rest of the time. Concentrate on your scalp %26amp; just allow the lather to run through the rest of your hair.

Apply a light conditioner or leave in spray conditioner to the ends of your hair only.
Believe it or not I had the same problem %26amp; I switched to moisturizing shampoo %26amp; have not had a problem since. It keeps my oil glands from working overtime %26amp; giving me the greasy look by the next morning. I also use a clarifying shampoo once a week to get rid of product buildup.
i have thin hair, and it gets oily really quickly. for me, it's genetic. for you, you dyed your hair alot so...that was not such a good idea :/

    BUT

if you have to wash your hair everyday because its oily, decrease how many times you wash it. i know it doesn't seem to make sense, but try it.

and also, don't comb your hair near the roots.

and don't touch your hair alot.

  • Is dove a good shampoo and conditonor to use?

Is it good for your hair?Is dove a good shampoo and conditonor to use?
Sure, it's not exctly bad as in it'll make your hair fall out. I currently use Dove Intense Moisture conditioner, but I used to use products from their different lines. The only way for you to know if your hair will like it is to give it a try. Their products have a light-weight forumla and they have product lines for everything imaginable from color-treated to color-enhancing, breakage, volume, thickness, extra moisture, dry hair, normal hair, fresh, etc.Is dove a good shampoo and conditonor to use?
It depends on what kind of hair your have. If you have curly hair, absolutely not because the shampoo has harsh sulfates and the conditioner has silicones, which will build up and cause frizz. Read about why this is true:

    http://dormroomcurly.blogspot.com/2008/1鈥?/a>

If you have straight hair, it's fine.
The best conditioner to use is LO'REAL Vive Pro: Pearl Protein Complex conditioner. It is really good. It gives you goddess hair: cashmere texture, non-oily shine and healthy hair. Dove...meh...is...well standard.
I don't know if it is true or not but i head dove causes cancer, but i heard the body wash does.
I really like sunsilk but i also like pantine too.
yes but pantene pro-v is better

Do you recommend dog shampoo for human hair?

I was wondering since PITA, The FDA and so many other groups make sure that animals and the products produced for them are safe and chemical free, do you think I could use dog shampoo since it's safe and natural or is it just recommended for dogs only and harmful to humans? Just a thought......Do you recommend dog shampoo for human hair?
No I do not recommend dog shampoo for humans hair. But I do recommend Mane %26amp; Tail . Its used for horses.

Mane 鈥榥 Tail conditioner, an exclusive protein enriched formula which maintains, nourishes and conditions hair and scalp to aid healthy hair growth.

I love it!!Do you recommend dog shampoo for human hair?
I don't know about dog shampoo, but I do know that a lot of people swear by Mane n' Tail, which is a shampoo groomers usually use on their horses before a show. It's apparently supposed to make your hair really soft and shiny. Personally I haven't tried it.
nooo, and you could've answered your question yourself, by doing 2 things,

    1: Looking at the label ';DOG';

    2: researching
no its for fur not for hair do you eat dog food i mean you can dosent mean you suposta
They have natural shampoo for humans.
    Nooooo
No thats why its called 'DOG' shampoo
lol human shampoo is way better...duh
NOooooooo. those are not safe and chemical freee

What's a good shampoo (or treatment) for oily scalp?

This is the thing - my hair is sort of dry, except for my scalp. What's a good shampoo, shampoo - conditioner or home remedy for this?

Thank youWhat's a good shampoo (or treatment) for oily scalp?
I never had oily hair until just recently. (2 weeks ago) It was sticky only on top and very oily. After I tried different shampoos and had no results, I went to the doctor and they told me to go see a dermatologist. It would be a month before I could get in and I didn't want to wait! Anyway, I went to CVS and bought NEUTROGENA T/GEL. It's a Therapeutic shampoo that comes in different strengths! I got the 4% and WOW! IT WORKS! The smell is horrible but it worked after one wash. OH, and use conditioner only on the ends of your hair. Hope this helps. What's a good shampoo (or treatment) for oily scalp?
many shampoos made for oily scalp unfortunately strip the hair as well. i would recommend seeing your stylist. i used to use a shampoo by matrix that needed no conditioner. it was amazing. but, if you don't want to pay top dollar i'd recommend a mild shampoo with a light spray in conditioner taking care to avoid spraying near the scalp.

oh, and avoid suave and other very low end products. they will really damage the ends of your hair.

I use almond oil to massage my baby and for hair I use coconut oil. Also, you can use almond oil for yourself as well. Almond oil has a natural bleech agent. Yes, darling and if you were here, I'd let you use mine so you'd know how great this stuff is.. My hair has done a total 180 degree improvement since I've started using this in March. It is now shiny, healthy and really in the best shape its been in a while. It is Generic Nexxus Therappe... you can get the Nexxus or the Generic. They are both the same, but of course the Generic is less expensive. Try it .... you will like it. Also be sure to drink lots of water and eat fruit and vegetables and consider a good hair vitamin: VitaStrand is the BEST: http://www.mikalclay.com .

Try Hair Repair conditioner by St. Ives. It works wonders and you can get little sample size pouches. If you have fine thin hair they make a great shampoo also but I've never seen samples of that. Mane %26amp; Tail and Kiss My Face (check store finder at www.kissmyface.com) are good too
You need a product that will rebuild your damaged hair from the inside out. Redken is good, thier extreme line is great for that! Also, Nioxin makes a great shampoo and conditioner for chemically fried hair that REALLY works! I have trashed my hair before, used it and it TOTALLY repaired my hair!!!
this may sound weird or funny to you but wash your hair in mayonaise and egg it will be shinny and managable it will really help it alot

I just tried that Dove Therapy Shampoo, Conditioner and an extra Therapy. I like it so far. Otherwise, I've been buying my Shampoo from the salon and it's like $30 per bottle and it's getting too expensive.
currently going thru the same thing!!! good luck 2 ya!

Dove is the best . I love it it does wonders for your hair mine is always healthy and I dye it and cut dye 2twice a yr cut maybe three times

Check the ingredients first. Don't use anything with alcohol in it and buy some infusium treatment.
Start taking hair skin and nail vitamins fish oil and flax seed oil. Olive oil is also good. Vitamin E. Cholesteral might help u out it does great for me,.
My wife is a hairdresser and reccomends Redken extreme if your hair is chemically damaged, or try Sebastian Potion # 9 it is a leave in conditioner.
it may sound weird it but i want you to try

    a horse's shampoo.

it's really good. it may be quite expensive because

it's not available in small bottles. you can have it in gallons.

it makes hair softer, stronger, thicker, and shiny.

there are some horse shampoo sold

in the market for human consumption but it's

formulation is for human... that makes it just the

    same as other shampoos.

    a genuine horse's shampoo's formulation is

best. and not harmful to human. it's just more expensive.
Have you tried Tresemme? It is pretty good.
i have really frizzy and wavy hair and i use garnier frutis it'd worked a little just put on alot of conditioner the second thing i use is either pantene or baby shampoo
    The Infusium conditioner is great!
Tresume----it may be expensive but it works really good....
If your hair is extremely damaged there are no shampoos or conditioners out there that are going to repair your hair.

It sounds like you damaged your hair. The best thing is to go see your stylist in the a.m. and start w/ a good trim or cut. You need to get the damaged stuff cut off. If you leave slit or damaged ends w/ out cutting the damage will continue up higher and higher and you will think your hair is not growing because it will just keep breaking off.

After a trim you need to look at some good moisturizing shampoos %26amp; conditioner. I am a huge fan of Biolage Ultra Hydrating Shampoo or Fortifying shampoo and for conditioning Biolage Fortifying conditioner or conditioning Balm. Than you might want to also get a leave-in-conditioner.

Definetely stay away from using any chemicals such as perming or coloring, kinda sounds like that is where your troubles started. Also air dry you hair instead of using a blow dryer. The less stress you cause your hair the healthier it'll be.

    Good Luck,

    Hairstylist of 9 yrs.
There is a few that work: Pert shampoo w/conditioner in it,

V-05 Shampoo%26amp; v-05 conditioners, also White Rain Shampoo

Also ask a hair stylist that cuts hair, what would be a good brand also. Also get some de-tangler spray for your hair, it may help.

  • Whats the difference between shampoo especially for men and women?

head and shoulders have a shampoo that says ''for men'' on the bottle! whats the difference between this and ordinary head and shoulders?! or is there a difference? like what if a woman used it instead of her usual shampoo?Whats the difference between shampoo especially for men and women?
There really is no difference in shampoo or styling products for men and for women. We all have the same hair, varying in texture and color. The only thing that should effect us are those products geared for hair restoration as we have different hormones, this would be the only thing that effects us differently.

I would suggest if you do use that shampoo for dandruff, do not use it extensively. I have read articles where it will contribute to hair loss.Whats the difference between shampoo especially for men and women?
there is no diffrent besides the smell the ones for ';men'; have a more manly musckly smell and the ones for ';women'; have a more fruity tropical smell and some like a women perfume

    well i hope i helped
As per my opinion there is no difference. Its common for all..To release more products they are making them as difference...
There is no difference. Just marketing.
Shampoo is shampoo. Some men's shampoos may smell more manly; I would use it.
there is no difference...it's a gimmick.

i use herbal essence , they make a complete line , from shampoo for damaged hair to shampoo for thick hair, not to mention all the other product like ..conditioner, gel, mousse...plus it smells excellentWhat is the best shampoo to use for really messed up hair?
white rain. its cheap and it works the best without fluffing your hair up. believe me i tried all kinds, it is the best.
Go to Sally Beauty Supply and buy Loreal Natures Therapy Shampoo (moisturizing shampoo) and buy Silk Elements Megasilk Moisturizing treatment. This comes in sample packs or a big jar for $10.00. Leave it on for 5-10 min in the shower then rinse. Trust me, you need to do this. My hair would be like straw if i didnt. I have really pretty hair now just because of this stuff.
a friend recommends brilliant brunnett. Her hair is the same.

also unless it is very oily don't shampoo everyday.
professional products for ethnic hair. i love MIZANI products for thick wirey hair. what ever ethnicity. it works on that TEXTURE hair.
I swear by Tres Emme. And Im known for having long beautiful shiny strawberry blonde hair. I choose the Anti breakage formula, but there are others. It costs around four dollars and the bottles are huge. It smells as good as herbal essence but its much better quality, for any hair.
Pantene Pro-v shampoo then use the matching conditioner also.
Im from england and i use TREsemme, im not sure if you can get it in the us. the website below sells it online but im not sure how expensive it will be.

Can I use a shampoo, conditioner and a leave in conditioner all a the same time?

Example: Garnier Fructis color treated shampoo, conditioner and a leave in conditioner for curl definition. Can I use a shampoo, conditioner and a leave in conditioner all a the same time?
i do...and, i don't wash my hair daily...i can't b/c it will get too dry/Can I use a shampoo, conditioner and a leave in conditioner all a the same time?
You can use the leave-in conditioner after you have shampooed, used the conditioner in your hair and rinsed in between each thing. Too much hair product can actually damage your hair and if you throw all of these things in a cocktail while you shower, you will end up with a huge mess! Make sure that you use the right amount for your hair. Leave-in conditioner is great to use before you de-tangle your hair staright out of the shower and it leaves it with a great healthy shine, as well! :)
You sure can. I do but I use Pantene products. I am a licensed beautician in a northern state but I recently moved south, where my license is not recognized. I keep my license up to date, as it stands now, but probably won't go back to school, at my age. There's a beauty supply house near me but one must have a current license to shop for products, etc. Just a quick explanantion, so you can understand why I use Pantene products. I use the Pantene 2 in 1 shampoo, plus a spray in/leave in conditioner, each time I shampoo. One reason, is because I have color on my hair %26amp; I want to keep it in really great shape.
    yes

My wife is over from Thailand is there a shampoo & body soap for her?

It's been over a few months and weve tried a few different sooaps/shampoo, she has bumps(not quit zits but something like it) on her back and she says her head feels a bit itchy. Is there a shampoo n body soap tht is mild for her and can help her with this? Her skin has ALWAYS been so silky smooth, but since she's been in the states its just getting worse. She did have our daughter only five months ago, but I figured the effects from that would be over by now. Please help!My wife is over from Thailand is there a shampoo %26amp; body soap for her?
lol... this is normal for many Thai girls moving to colder climates. And my wife had the same problem.

But we find out that the following helps 85%

Soap = use nature soap without any perfumes.

Shampoo = get Rejoyce from Thailand, or Elvital, smooth Intense or even Head %26amp; shoulders.

But you will find out that if she go back from holiday, the problems go away at once.My wife is over from Thailand is there a shampoo %26amp; body soap for her?
We have ';washed '; ourselves to death here in America, we are in a generation of ';more is better';, when actually we're just killing %26amp; irratating our skin.

You pretty well cant go wrong w/a soap free soap. i'm VERY sensitive %26amp; use only Shaklee products, for bathing or Mary Kay.

On my face,i use MaryKay orSheer cover, they're both pretty pure, bar soaps have created a new era in skin rashes. i'm constantly preaching ';don't use bar soaps, they'll just clog up your skin'; they lead to all kinds of problems, %26amp; some of the liquids do also.

Google those companies i mentioned, you'd be surprised the difference it makes.
i work in pharmacy and many people come in with skin irritations, some due to allergies. if she has just travelled into a new place she could be reacting to something expecially because you said she normally has soft skin. i know ive had that problem with climate change myself. there's special medicated shampoo's and may need a special based cream and what not for people with skin problems. i advise you to not take any advice but mine on this and to seek medical advice to ensure the safety of your wife and child is still ok from a professional. but i highly doubt its from the birth of you daughter because like you said they would be over by now. but it could be from something as simple as stress, dont worry untill you know you have to but please take her to a doctor...
Try something like Dove body wash for her skin and Dove Shampoo and Condition for her hair. Its really good for sensitive skin, which it sounds like she has!

The only real thing you can do is try them out and other things untill you find one that works!

    Good Luck

  • What kind of shampoo should I use?

I have very fine, long hair. I want it to be smooth, shine, not frizzy, and not get tangled up in the middle of the day.

I'm open to all kinds of crazy things ot help me get my hair this way. What kind of shampoo should I use?
redken makes products for every individual hair typeWhat kind of shampoo should I use?
one of the best kinds of shampoos to use is like the cheap dandruff shampoo. not that you have it or anything but they dont leave a residue behind and always leave my girlfriends hair super smooth and silky and mine too. i have super thick hard hair and it makes mine feel soft. try it i dare ya!!
I buy solid shampoo at Lush. They have different kinds for different hair. For your hair type, I would suggest Solid Shine for shampoo, then Veganese conditioner. It's all natural, your hair will smell great, and you should have shine, shine, shine!
You could get the most expensive shampoo and it still might not work!!

Just use a really gd conditioner and straighten it with GHDs that normaly keeps knots out of mine! keeps your hair cut and in good shape at the bottom! preferbaly blunt on the ends and it should work!!
