What is the best moisturizing shampoo?

my hair is sooo staticky! It's been like that pretty much a year now. I use the herbal essences moisturizing shampoo but it does not work! What can i do? Dryer sheets + Static Guard did not work for me.

Hair product companies just advertise that to get you to buy their product. You should get a good conditioner. It doesnt matter which shampoo you use. You need to find a good moisturizing conditioner. Infusium 23 has a good one.
Have you ever tried to spray some hairspray on your brush or comb then brushing your hair, when it's dry. Do you use any mousse or gel? That might help some too.
