What is the best organic shampoo and conditioner for my hair? It's terrible! Please help! ?

Naturally, it is wavy underneath and sorta straight on the top. It gets frizzy too if i try to blow dry it. My genetic hair length is right below my shoulders and wont grow longer. It not easy to manage. What organic shampoo could help me out. I want my waves to be curlier and more of them too. Please tell me what could help please! edit:oh yes,and make sure to keep this hair wash on your hair for at least 15 mins before you rinse it off(you will NOT get a better hair if this hair wash doesn't take its time on your hair),and try your best not to use hot or warm water on your hair at all...


also,one last advice if you don't mind:NEVER blow your hair,hot air damages your hair folicles and strands and makes it really dry,that's the very last thing you wanna do.please never blow your hair(especially on hair types like yours)...
