Can the chemicals in shampoo make you go prematurely bald?

I'm a 23 yr old guy and i hardly ever shampoo %26amp; condition my hair because when i look at most of my buddys hair of the same age they are going really bald and they say they shampoo n condition their hair every night!Can the chemicals in shampoo make you go prematurely bald?
The shampoo companies spend years developing all the new shampoos in the market today. I doubt they would add any chemical to them to cause hair loss, that would kill their business don't you think?


Heredity and the genes would count more than anything else. You may develop a vitamin deficiency which could affect the new hair growth, some people even hair loss to a small degree following major surgeries, but it comes back.


Just keep your hair clean, don't use a brush on wet hair...it breaks it off so I've been told, and don't worry so much.Can the chemicals in shampoo make you go prematurely bald?
hormones are what causes alopecia (baldness).
no shampoo and conditioner has nothing to do with it...
