Is there a shampoo or anything to help grow my hair out?

Also, I hate hair extentions, can't stand them, so thats not an option.Is there a shampoo or anything to help grow my hair out?
try ';tail n mane'; believe it or not it is supposed to be for horses to make their manes and tails grow longer and thicker and shinier. It really does work. You can buy it at grocery stores and at the dollar stores.Is there a shampoo or anything to help grow my hair out?
I've heard that if you just shampoo it and not condition it, your hair grows more but you'll get dead ends depending on your hair.


You won't get the dead ends right away but in like a month or so you will.


And also brushing your hair like 100 times helps too.
