Which is the better shampoo and conditioner?

Head and Shoulders Restoring Shine or John Frieda Brilliant Brunette. I'm looking in terms of shine, color, and healthiness of hair.Which is the better shampoo and conditioner?

Okay if you are looking for healthy hair... none! Well John Freida's not that bad. But... you want to get a good professional product, the products you buy in the store have way too much alcohol in them, thus making your hair dry, brittle and it breaks off a lot easier. I would recommend Nioxin if you want to keep a healthy scalp and hair. It cleans both and is really good for hair growth, if you color your hair you will need a #7 system, it's for color enhanced hair, it helps with the health of the hair and shine and keeps the color in the hair strand longer. You can get Nioxin at any Great Clips. Also Pureology is a very good professional product that is really good for maintaining color and shine. Hope this helps. Good luck
i think it would be nice and cheaper if you try baby's shampoo..it don't have much chemical in it.. the whole of my family are using baby's shampoo and they are suitable for any types of hair..i am fully sure the results will satisfied you..and your needs..remember to try this ya!
John frieda works much better. Head and shoulders may be cheaper but you are looking for quality not price in your shampoo. John frieda makes your hair shinier and it looks a lot healther too, it can reduce breakage.

Bt u need to exeriment till u find a product thats just right for u..


Buy smaller bottles/sachets and just check out which one works better for you..
well i would think john freida would be the better choice, but it really does depend on your type of hair!
