The common answer to to sell individually packed sachets which are very affordable. I'm asking how to sell to the Poor and at the same time reduce environmental waste because of the amount of used sachets.How to market/sell Shampoo to the Poor?
Ask Dollar Tree... they sell big bottles for a buck.
