My hair gets dirty rather quickly. It's tot eh middle of my back, blonde, and I got dark brown low lights in it today. I'd really rather they didn't fade, so how long do I need to wait before washing it? I don't know if the stylist shampooed it when she rinsed, she may ahve only used conditioner.... professional opinions also appreciated.How long after getting lowlights should I wait to wash/shampoo my hair?
I've heard at least 24 hours. Don't get too excited about it, would you rather have a little grease or beautiful lowlights for a long time? :) If it looks bad just put it up in a ponytail, it makes it look less greasy.
