Is the orchid and coconut milk shampoo from herbal essences good for your hair?

i used that for a long time,





i got big bottles of it, and i saw a difference in my hair right away,

well it's called hello hydration and i smells amazing!!! but when i used it it made my hair SUPER dry. (ironic huh?) so that's what i know i don't use it anymore.
