hydrating would be for giving it a bounce... and moisurizing would be one which would soften then hair and add extra softness and conditioner to your dry hair... if u have dry hair use a good extra dose of conditioner...Whats the difference between moisturizing shampoo and hydrating shampoo?
Moisturizing and hydrating are the antonyms of shampoo! Your dry hair would probably appriciate it if you cut back on the shampoo and use more conditioner.
They are the same. Its just the terminology the company chose.
