Can anyone recommend a good shampoo for static/frizzy hair?

I'm a guy growing my hair long but I'm starting to look like a mad scientist...Help!

I need a shampoo + conditioner to make it smooth and managable. I flat iron and blow dry my hair but it's still really static even though I use heat defence spray, is there anything better to use? Preferably available in England too ^_^Can anyone recommend a good shampoo for static/frizzy hair?
V05 have a detangling creme that you leave in your hair, your hair might look frizzy/static even after straightening because you're growing your hair and the ends are split from all the heat styling. The deep conditioner can help repair these. You might want to consider a teeny trim just to take off the split ends, but tell the barber that you're growing your hair so he doesn't take too much off.Can anyone recommend a good shampoo for static/frizzy hair?
fructise(sp?) has a great smoothing line. i have naturally curly hair, and i straighten it often. i like to use a good leave in serum while its still damp and an anti frizz serum before styling. shampoo and conditioner are important, but you want to make sure you have a good follow through. also, if you have frizzy hair, try not to use a lot of gel. its alcohol based and dries/breaks your hair, creating more split ends and therefore different lengths- which makes your hair look frizzier. try a less abrazive alternative- like a good curl enhancing leave in and scrunch it.
pantene smooth and sleek shampoo and conditioner works the best,

and try some smoothing gel,

also there are alot of leave in conditioners that work well, aussie is pretty good.
Try Pantene smoothing and defrizzing line. There's shampoo, conditioner, syrum, and other products too.
